Terms

What Taar does

Taar helps people find nail techs who do custom design work. If you are looking for a tech, you send us the set you want and your city, and a person replies with techs whose posted work matches. If you are a nail tech, you can submit a portfolio and we may publish a profile for you.

Who runs it

Taar is operated by Chacha Advisory LLC. If anything here matters to you legally — these terms, a notice, or anything about the texts we send — Chacha Advisory LLC is the company you are dealing with, and hello@taar.io reaches it.

If you are a nail tech

You keep ownership of your photos. By submitting them you confirm the work is yours and you give Chacha Advisory LLC permission to analyze them and show them to clients and to AI search. We review every submission by hand and we are not obliged to publish anyone. You can ask us to remove your profile at any time and we will take it down.

What the AI does

We run submitted photos through a vision model to tag techniques, shapes and difficulty, and we read prices off a booking link when one is given. These tags are generated automatically and can be wrong. They are a description of the photo, not a promise about the tech or her prices.

If you are looking for a tech

We suggest techs. We do not employ them or supervise them, and prices shown on a profile come from her own booking page and may be out of date.

Texts from Taar

If you tick the box when you book, we text you about that booking: a confirmation when it is made, a reminder before it, and one follow-up afterwards. Message frequency varies and depends on how many appointments you book. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out stops the texts; it does not cancel your booking. The box is never ticked for you, and we do not text you unless you tick it. We never share or sell your phone number or your SMS consent to anyone, for any purpose, including to other companies for their own marketing. There is a page showing exactly where and how consent is collected at taar.io/sms-opt-in. These texts are sent by Taar, operated by Chacha Advisory LLC; reply HELP to any message or email hello@taar.io for help.

What you must not do

Do not submit photos that are not yours, do not submit anything that is not nail work, and do not use Taar to scrape, resell or republish anyone's photos. We remove profiles and accounts that do.

Changes

We will update this page when what we do changes, and the date above will change with it. If a change materially affects a published tech, we will tell her.
